Plan for Mad Hatter hat

It should be a tiny top hat

Here's the fabric plan:
the read polka dots on the stuff colored red/orange
the black polka dots on the stuff colored grey
the white on the band of the hat
the black shiny stuff on the black dot
the feathers are black on the longest one, red in the middle, and white on the bottom
the card in the side of the hat says 10/6 like in the animated movie
